1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup DSM Powder 1 cup orange juice 1 cup plain yogurt 1 TBSP honey 1 cup crushed ice
Optional: for an extra boost in calories add 6-12 scoops of Muscle Boost '1100' (chocolate flavor) which will add about 600 - 1100 more calories.
